About this session
Yoga + Sound Bath in the Garden.
Yoga in the Garden begins with a gentle, inclusive hour-long practice led by instructor Melanie Maltais. Following a short break, settle in for a rejuvenating hour-long sound bath — instruments tuned to healing frequencies offering a full-body reset for mind, body and spirit. The gentle yoga beforehand lets the vibrations resonate more deeply.
Includes yoga, sound bath and admission to the Garden.
What to expect
Arrival and settling in
You set up your mat, get comfortable, and we do a brief grounding check-in. I'll explain the instruments and what to expect. No pressure, no performance.
The journey
I layer sounds, building and releasing in waves. Your only job is to breathe and let go. Thoughts will come. That's normal. Let them drift past like clouds.
The close
I bring the volume and intensity down gradually, ending in near-silence.
Integration time
A few minutes of quiet silence before anyone moves. Then we come back slowly together.
What to bring
Registration, props and venue details come from the host studio.
- A blanket — your body temperature drops when you relax deeply
- Water for after
- An open mind — that's genuinely all you need
