About this session
An evening of shared rhythm in Sherwood Park. We open with a community drum circle — every drum provided, no experience needed — and deepen into the Rhythm Cradle, a participant-driven sound experience of connection, trust and play.
Hosted at a private home studio — the exact address comes with your registration.
What to expect
No experience needed
You don't need musical training. You don't need rhythm. All instruments provided. Just show up ready to play.
A non-verbal language
Drumming is pure energy. There are no wrong notes.
Moving together
It takes less energy to move together than to go against each other. In a drum circle, people sync up — not because they're told to, but because that's what rhythm does.
More on group drumming: Why rhythm brings people together.
