Hi friends, this is a short point form article that I wanted to roll out righ after tonights community sound bath. I'm going to rebuild it when I have more dedicated time.
Experience vs Practice
- Is the sound bath an experience, a practice, or a class?
- When we frame it as an experience → it's either "good" or "bad"
- When we frame it as a practice → we open up to what it can teach us about ourselves
- A practice gives us pathway of rich insight, discovery, and a place to apply tools to work through what comes up
When It Doesn't Go "Well"
- Sometimes the sound is enough to carry us through — and sometimes it isn't
- Every experience is different, so don't be discouraged
- A challenging session isn't a failure — it's an invitation to learn more about the information and feedback your body is giving you
- Try again. You'll get better at it. There are things that can help.
This is where I'm headed with this... let me know if it's helpful.

The Bigger Question
- These things likely don't just come up in the sound bath
- They come up in life — the sound bath helped to make them visible
- You came to relax — and sometimes the first thing that surfaces is everything that's been blocking the relaxation
Practices (Coming Soon)
- We're building resources to support people wherever they are on their journey
- More practices, more tools coming
- This page will grow check again soon - let me know if this resonates at all.
